Browsing this site does not require an account, and the site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

When you book a demo, the booking is made through Calendly, our scheduling provider, and we receive what you enter there: usually your name, email and anything you add about your business.

When you apply for a role, we store what you send through the careers form: your name, email, phone number, city, links, note and CV.

When you write to us by email or phone, we receive what you choose to send.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

To reply to you, to run the demo you booked, to route your enquiry to the right product and team, and to keep a record of the conversation.

To consider you for a role at Suprfree when you apply. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use what you send us for advertising.

Within the Suprfree group (Cocomo, Suprone and Suprnow) where that is needed to answer you.

With service providers who host the site, its database and our email, and with Calendly for demo bookings, each bound to use the data only for us.

Where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or the business relationship needs, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Suprone and Suprnow process data on behalf of the brands and platforms that use them. Their own privacy notices, available inside each product, cover that processing.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
